This project was born from the collaboration between product vision and industrial design to create a machine that is not just used, but LIVED. A healthier, more flexible concept with a strong experiential component that increases perceived value.
We were inspired by real service environments: queues, high demand, customers watching, and teams that cannot stop. The challenge was clear: improve the customer experience without penalizing daily operations.
